Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both people and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Families come in all different shapes, sizes, cultures and identities. At any point in the life cycle, families may experience challenges that significantly impact family relationships. Family counseling can help identify barriers and strengthen the bonds among family members.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger past traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Children and teens are under an immense amount of pressure. Academic, social and family expectations can cause significant stress. In some ways it is even more difficult for children to process these emotions. Depression in children and teens may look different than with adults. Our therapists are trained to identify and treat emotional disorders in youth using techniques that are engaging and person-centered.
